How do my services work?

At The Anti DadBod Coach, I understand that time is valuable and convenience is key. I also know that in reality, you need to commit time to a coaching plan. Most clients would want a minimum 3 months to get enough education and guidance to make changes they can implement moving forward. The reality is, most clients stay for 12+ months. Knowing that coaching is an investment, I have created a platform that financially rewards you with discounts for signing up for periods of time in blocks. 

Rolling Monthly Coaching Support

Coaching app personalised to you with customized workout and nutrition plans tailored to your specific goals, needs, and abilities for optimal results. Includes my constant support and accountability. It's a rolling monthly commitment, no minimum sign up.

3 Month Coaching Support Commitment

Everything from the Coaching Support, at a discounted rate for committing yourself to what I consider the minimum effective period of coaching.

1:1 In Person Coaching

Receive all the content of the online coaching service, with the added benefit of spending direct 1:1 time with myself for hands on sessions. These packages also include a 24/7 gym membership at a designated coaching facility. Price varies depending on sessions per month
